Prophylactic mastectomy

Women who are genetically predisposed to developing breast cancer can have both breasts amputated as a precautionary measure (prophylactic mastectomy) and have them reconstructed during the same operation.

Bilateral prophylactic mastectomy and immediate reconstruction by means of round shaped silicone implants (420 cc). The patient asked for a mastopexy and a breast augmentation.
